Papataka.com accepts returns on selected items which SPECIFICALLY INDICATED in the detail product page. Product such as shoes usually is return-able. From time to time, some of these items will be final sale, as specified on the detail page of the specific item. Exceptions may apply.

Return Policy

We cannot give refund, but we will give store credit in the original amount of your payment minus the shipping charge. To check your store credit, please go to My Account / Your Account Detail

Return Procedure

1. You should email us ( info@papataka.com ) within 7 days after you receive the product. Please provide the reason you want to return the product;
2. After we e-mail you back, please print our e-mail and enclose the e-mail in the returned package;
3. Please package the claimed item properly, you are responsible arranging the return shipment to our office.

Eligible item(s) must be returned within 7 days of the item receipt date. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags on garments, shoeboxes, dust bags and gift boxes.

If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will also be refunded for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed.
